Tuskit Link: one link for your customer to follow, approve and pay for an order
Tuskit Link is one secure link you send your customer on WhatsApp for an order. They open it in their browser, with no app and no password, to follow the order, approve the artwork or quote, and pay by UPI, and you see each step on the order.

What your customer sees
- An ordinary WhatsApp message. It carries one link to their order.
- A one-time code. One tap opens the order in their browser, and a one-time code proves it is them. No app, no password.
- Progress. Their page updates on its own, so they can see where the order is without asking.
- Artwork and quotes. They see the proof and approve it, or ask for a change. Every version stays with the order. Quotes sit on the same link.
- Payment by UPI. They pay in any UPI app and mark it paid.
What you see
- The moment the link is opened and the customer is verified with a code.
- The artwork approval on the order, with the version and the time.
- When the customer marks the order paid by UPI. You confirm it, and it goes into your books.
You move the order along with one tap, like Mark ready, and the customer’s page follows.
How it works
- Share the link. Open the order and press Send on WhatsApp. Tuskit writes the message and adds the link. You send it from your own WhatsApp; Tuskit does not message your customers for you.
- Your customer opens it. They verify with a one-time code, then follow the order and approve the artwork.
- They pay, you confirm. They pay in any UPI app and mark it paid. You confirm it, and the payment is in your books.

Do my customers need to install anything?
No. They open the link you send on WhatsApp and confirm with a one-time code sent to their phone.
How does the link keep an order private?
It opens only this one order. It uses a one-time code and no password, you can switch a link off, and links close 30 days after delivery.
How does my customer pay?
They pay in any UPI app and mark it paid. You confirm it, and it goes into your books.
Does Tuskit message my customers for me?
No. Tuskit prepares the message and opens WhatsApp, and you press Send from your own WhatsApp.
What does the customer see on the link?
