In short. This page sets the rules for using the Tuskit marketing website at https://tuskit.app: you may read it and send us an enquiry, but you may not scrape it, probe it or copy it. The figures, shops and orders you see on it are examples, not results, and not advice. The website is provided as it is. Using the Tuskit app and service is covered by the separate terms of service.

1. About this website and these terms

This website at https://tuskit.app is run by Tuskit, which is operated in India by its founder as a proprietor. Where the law requires us to give the proprietor’s name and address, we will provide them on written request to [email protected]. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Tuskit” mean the operator, and “you” means anyone who visits the website.

By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. The terms of service apply to the app and service, not to this website. How we handle personal data is in the privacy policy, and what the website stores in your browser is in the cookie policy.

2. Using the website

You may view the website, and print or share a page for your own, non-commercial evaluation of Tuskit. You must use it lawfully and only for its purpose, which is to learn about Tuskit and to get in touch with us. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the website at any time, without notice.

3. Intellectual property

The website, including its text, design, layout, illustrations, animations, software, name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by Indian law, including the Copyright Act, 1957. Except for the use in section 2, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish or create derivative works from any of it, or use the Tuskit name or logo, without our written permission. You may link to the home page, provided you do not suggest that we endorse you or your site.

4. No warranty about the content

We take care with what the website says, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it is complete, current, error-free or uninterrupted, or that it suits your business. Descriptions of features describe what Tuskit is intended to do. Features marked “coming soon”, including Tuskit Agent and some business types, are plans only: they are not available today and we give no date for them. Tuskit is in early access, and the app and service are covered by the terms of service.

Prices on this website are the plans we intend to offer at launch. They are for information. They are not an offer that you can accept, and they bind neither you nor us until you accept a plan, as the terms of service say.

5. Examples are illustrative; do not rely on them

The shops, customers, orders, amounts and screens shown on this website are made-up examples. This includes the books section and its trial balance: those figures are illustrative, are not real accounts, and are not a statement of what Tuskit will produce for your business or of any result you will achieve. Nothing on the website is accounting, tax, GST, legal or financial advice, and you should not rely on it for any of those. Ask your own accountant or adviser. Tuskit does not file GST returns or issue e-invoice IRNs for you; the terms of service explain what it does and does not do.

6. Forms and enquiries

When you send us a form, you are asking us to contact you. It does not create a contract, and we may not respond, or may not offer you a place in early access. Give accurate details, and send only your own personal data or details you have the right to send. Do not send passwords, card or bank details, Aadhaar numbers or anyone else’s sensitive data through a form. We use what you send as the privacy policy describes.

7. What you must not do

Do not:

• scrape, crawl, harvest or copy the website or its content by automated means, other than ordinary search-engine indexing that follows our robots.txt;
• probe, scan or test the security of the website or the systems behind it, or try to get access you are not given, without our written permission;
• overload, disrupt or interfere with the website, introduce malware, or use the forms to send spam, fake or abusive submissions, or automated submissions;
• use the website to break the law, to infringe anyone’s rights, or to pass yourself off as someone else or as us; or
• frame the website, or use our name, logo or content in a way that suggests a connection with us that does not exist.

If you believe you have found a security problem, please tell us at [email protected] and give us a reasonable time to fix it before you share it. We may block access to anyone who breaks this section.

8. Links to other websites

The website may link to, or load content from, services run by other people. We do not control them, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for what they say or do. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

9. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that arises from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from relying on its content, including indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, or any liability that the law does not allow to be limited. Nothing here affects any rights you have under the terms of service if you use the app or service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with its date. Your use of the website after that is your acceptance of the new version.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The competent courts in India may hear any dispute about them. These terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and need no signature. If a part of them is found unenforceable, the rest continues.
